Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases from and use of the SolarAxe online store. By placing an order, submitting a reservation, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Products and Availability

SolarAxe products may be produced in limited production runs and may be subject to component, battery, enclosure, or material availability.

We reserve the right to:

Limit quantities
Discontinue products or configurations
Modify product specifications
Substitute electrically equivalent components when appropriate
Correct pricing, description, or listing errors

Any material change affecting the intended function or compatibility of an existing customer order will be communicated when appropriate.

Reservations and Partial Payments

Certain SolarAxe products may be offered through a reservation or partial-payment program.

A reservation does not represent a completed purchase until the remaining balance has been paid.

For eligible V-Core reservations:

A $10 deposit secures a position in the production queue
The deposit remains refundable until the remaining balance is paid
The remaining balance is generally due approximately 14 days after reservation checkout
Failure to complete the remaining payment may result in cancellation of the reservation

Once the remaining balance is paid, the order becomes subject to our standard cancellation, production, return, and refund terms.

Production and Delivery Estimates

SolarAxe products may require assembly, testing, and sourcing before shipment.

Any production, fulfillment, or delivery date displayed on the website or communicated to a customer is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Production timing may change because of:

Order volume
Component availability
Battery availability
Supplier delays
Carrier delays
Quality-control or testing requirements
Events outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays affecting customer orders.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that connected miners, solar panels, power sources, cables, and accessories comply with the published electrical requirements of the SolarAxe product being used.

SolarAxe V-Core products are intended for compatible 5V miners operating within the stated voltage, current, connector, and power requirements.

Compatibility with a voltage class alone does not guarantee compatibility with every device.

When uncertain, contact SolarAxe before connecting equipment.

Solar Power and Runtime

Solar production and battery runtime vary based on environmental and operating conditions.

Published runtime, solar-production, and operating estimates are approximate and may be affected by:

Miner power consumption
Solar irradiance
Panel orientation
Weather and cloud cover
Shading
Temperature
Battery condition
Converter efficiency
System protection settings

SolarAxe does not guarantee a specific mining runtime, hashrate, Bitcoin reward, mining revenue, or financial return.

Cryptocurrency Mining

SolarAxe provides electrical power equipment for compatible cryptocurrency mining hardware.

SolarAxe does not operate mining pools, manufacture Bitaxe miners, guarantee mining performance, or provide financial or investment services.

Cryptocurrency mining outcomes depend on factors outside SolarAxe's control, including network difficulty, miner performance, pool or solo-mining configuration, uptime, electricity availability, Bitcoin network conditions, and chance.

Purchasing or operating a SolarAxe product does not guarantee that a customer will mine Bitcoin or generate a financial return.

Safe Use

SolarAxe products must be operated within their published electrical and environmental limitations.

Customers must not:

Reverse electrical polarity
Exceed published voltage or current limits
Bypass protective devices or fuses
Connect incompatible power sources
Modify internal wiring without appropriate knowledge and authorization
Operate damaged equipment
Expose products to conditions for which they are not designed

Damage resulting from misuse, improper wiring, incompatible equipment, unauthorized modification, or operation outside published specifications may not be covered by warranty or return protections.

Product Images and Production Variations

Product photography, renders, and illustrations are intended to represent SolarAxe products as accurately as reasonably possible.

Because SolarAxe products may be assembled in production runs, internal wiring layout, component placement, hardware, finishes, and certain electrically equivalent components may vary slightly.

Normal production variations that do not materially affect intended function or compatibility are not considered defects.

Third-Party Products

SolarAxe products may be used with third-party equipment such as Bitaxe miners, solar panels, cables, batteries, or accessories.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, third-party products are not manufactured, endorsed, warranted, or controlled by SolarAxe.

Brand names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Orders and Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud
Payment problems
Product unavailability
Shipping restrictions
Unreasonable order quantities

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, amounts owed under our applicable refund terms will be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Shipping charges, estimated delivery timing, damaged shipments, address problems, and other fulfillment matters are governed by the SolarAxe Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, reservation refunds, returns, damaged products, and refunds are governed by the SolarAxe Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

SolarAxe branding, logos, product names, original graphics, product designs, website content, photographs, illustrations, written materials, and other original content may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission except as permitted by applicable law.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation, security, checkout process, or associated services.

You may not use this website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SolarAxe will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use or inability to use a SolarAxe product.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SolarAxe operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to a customer.
