Return & Refund Policy

We want customers to understand exactly what they are purchasing and have confidence reserving a SolarAxe product.

$10 Reservation Deposits

Reservations for eligible SolarAxe V-Core products begin with a $10 refundable deposit.

The reservation deposit may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the remaining order balance is paid.

Once the remaining balance has been paid, the order becomes a committed production order and the standard cancellation and return terms below apply.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a fully paid order before it ships, contact SolarAxe as soon as possible.

Because SolarAxe systems may be assembled or materials may be sourced specifically for an order, cancellation requests submitted after the remaining balance has been paid will be reviewed based on the production status of the order.

If the order has not yet entered production, we will generally attempt to provide a full refund.

If production or order-specific sourcing has already begun, some costs that have already been incurred may not be refundable. We will communicate any such amount before finalizing the cancellation.

Returns

Unused SolarAxe products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

In substantially new and unused condition
Free from damage caused by installation, modification, misuse, or improper electrical connections
Returned with included cables, accessories, and components
Packaged appropriately for return shipment

Please contact SolarAxe before sending any product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of a SolarAxe error, defective product, or shipping damage, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your SolarAxe product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us promptly with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and shipping packaging when applicable

We will work with you to determine the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.

Electrical Damage, Modification, and Misuse

Returns and warranty coverage do not apply to damage resulting from:

Connecting incompatible miners or solar panels
Reverse polarity
Exceeding published voltage or current limits
Unauthorized internal modification
Bypassing or modifying built-in protection systems
Water intrusion, abuse, impact damage, or other improper use

Always verify compatibility before connecting equipment to a SolarAxe system.

Product Variations

SolarAxe products are assembled in production runs. Internal wiring layout, component placement, hardware, and certain electrically equivalent components may vary slightly between production runs while maintaining intended function and electrical compatibility.

These normal production variations are not considered product defects.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund is processed, the amount of time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
